What counts as an update?
Simple editText, image swap, contact info, or link change.

What’s included. Every plan includes hosting for the site I built for you, uptime monitoring that alerts me if it goes down, security updates, backups checked monthly, and technical support by WhatsApp. Business email and outside services your site uses, such as booking or payment providers, are billed by those providers.
When something goes wrong. If your site goes down, I get it back online the same working day I’m alerted, Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays; alerts outside working hours count from the next working day. If an outside service is the cause, such as my server provider or your domain registrar, I keep you updated and restore your site as soon as that service is back. If something on your site breaks, I fix it: a fix means making something I built, or an update I made, work as it did before. Changing how something looks or works, adding something new, or repairing changes I didn’t make counts as an update or is quoted separately, and fixes don’t count toward your monthly updates. Support and edits run Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays and announced leave.
Renewing and cancelling. Plans are paid up front per quarter or per year and renew automatically for as long as your site is live; cancel before the end of the paid period with 30 days’ notice. Because hosting is part of the plan, cancelling ends hosting and support at the end of the notice period, so your site goes offline then unless it has moved to a new host. I hand over your site files and content, and your domain stays in your name; I’ll help point it to your new host.

Answers to what clients usually ask.
What do you need from me before starting?
I’ll need your brand basics: logo, colors (if any), your written content or a clear brief, any images you’d like to use, and confirmation of the package and scope. Once these are ready, the timeline begins.
Do you provide hosting and domain?
Hosting is included in your management plan, and I handle the hosting setup, SSL, and deployment. Your domain is registered in your name; you pay its yearly fee directly to the registrar and keep it renewed. If you don’t have a domain yet, I can register and set it up for you as an add-on. Business email and outside services your site uses, such as booking or payment providers, are billed by those providers.
Can the website be bilingual (Arabic & English)?
Yes. All packages are delivered in a single language by default, and a second language (Arabic or English) can be added as an optional extra with full RTL / LTR handling.
Can extra pages be added later?
Yes, absolutely. Extra pages and sections can be added after launch at the add-on rates, and smaller changes can come out of your care plan’s monthly updates.
Do you provide maintenance after launch?
Yes, it’s built in. Every package comes with one of three mandatory management plans, billed quarterly or yearly at ten months' price (Basic, Standard, Active Management), and each includes hosting, monitoring, security updates, backups checked monthly, and fixes. If something on your site goes wrong or the site goes down, message me on WhatsApp and I’ll fix it; I work Sunday to Thursday. The plans differ in how many updates you get each month, the kinds of edits covered, and extras such as priority edits.
How many revisions are included?
The Starter package includes 2 rounds of revisions. All other packages include 3 rounds. Additional revisions can be added at any time for a flat fee.
Do you build WordPress or only HTML websites?
My focus is custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript websites — lighter, faster, and more secure than typical WordPress sites, with no plugin maintenance headaches.
